About Us

Our Mission

TLC Inverness was formed in 2022 with a simple aim - to provide practical Tender Loving Care to people across Inverness. with a particular focus on the Merkinch area.

We want people of all ages to feel welcomed, supported and connected.

Through our groups, activities and community projects, we create opportunities for people to meet others, build friendships, learn new skills and feel part of their community.

What We Do

We provide welcoming, accessible community-based services that promote wellbeing, reduce loneliness and isolation, and help people build positive relationships and a sense of belonging.

We support people through different seasons and challenges in life, including bereavement, poor mental health, relationship difficulties and other circumstances where a little extra support can make a real difference.

Our approach is about caring for the whole person - recognising physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing - and supporting people across all generations.

We also believe we can achieve much more by working together, so we actively build relationships

with local organisations, schools, community groups and other partners across Inverness.
